Coal mine fire prevention measures and the preventive measur

    1, the general technical measures: noncombustible supporting material; setting fire doors; fire material library; set fire water tank.
    (1) new mine permanent headframe and wellhead housing, combined with building on the wellhead centered, connection shaft, adit, and each level and into the bottom station, the main winch with main transportation roadway, return air Lane junction, ventricular electromechanical chamber underground, adhesive tape main tunnel and head off. At each end of the range of 20 meters, must use incombustible material building and supporting.
    (2) the air inlet mouth and ventilation adit mouth must install fire doors. If there is no fire doors, must have the safety measures to prevent fireworks into the mine.
    (3) in the mine must be well, setting fire material library. Well fire material library should be located near the well head, and rail direct wellhead; fire material library should be located at the bottom of every level of production or the main transportation roadway, and be equipped with fire train: the variety and quantity of fire fighting material storage materials, tools, by the director, and has the details card, designate special persons to regular inspection and replacement, time to complete.
    (4) the mine must be set ground pool fire and fire pipeline system. Underground fire fighting pipeline system should be every 10O meters to set a branch pipe and the valve, but in the roadway belt conveyor should be every 50 meters set branch pipe and valve. The fire pool must always keep enough water.
    2, to prevent external fire: fire prevention measures, blasting fire, electrical fire, friction.
    (1) strictly eliminate fire. It is strictly prohibited to smoke and fire down well, but no smoking and using fire in the mine; the ground near the wellhead housing and ventilation room within 20 meters, there shall be no fireworks or heated by stove; ground wood field, coal gangue, slag field and into the wind and not less than 80 meters distance; and prohibited the use of bulb heating and the use of electric furnace.
    (2) shall not be engaged in welding, gas welding and using a blowtorch work underground and ground wellhead room. If must be in the main underground chamber, the main downcast Xiang and wellhead room for welding, gas welding and using a blowtorch work, must comply with the "coal mine safety regulations" provisions of article 206th. Safety measures, the director for approval, and the director designate special persons to field inspection and supervision.
    (3) in the mine gas level, explosives and detonators safe and reliable use of the provisions, and strictly implement the relevant provisions of blasting.
    (4) all electrical equipment must be explosion-proof type or fire flowers. In must use a non explosion proof and explosion-proof performance not good instrument or equipment, to establish a set of perfect safety measures.
    (5) the mine blasting materials, Electromechanical chamber, repair chamber, material library, bottom, using belt conveyor or hydraulic coupler of roadway and mining face near the tunnel, should be equipped with fire fighting equipment. All the staff should be familiar with the usage of fire extinguisher, and familiar with the work of regional fire equipment storage sites
    3, the fire prevention measures: rational layout of roadway, the mining right, closed goaf.
    (1) mining easy to combustion and coal seam, coal working face must use retreat mining, and spontaneous combustion period to determine the mining period according to the fire protection measures after the coal seam.
    (2) any mining process may not stay with design of coal pillar and roof coal. The coal mining face to the stop line, measures must be taken to make the roof caving jansen.
    (3) mining easy to combustion and coal seam, to goaf, prominent and caving hole void preventive grouting or all filling, inert gas and other measures, fire prevention design corresponding, preventing the natural fire.
    (4) after the mining coal working face, must be permanently closed in 45 days.
