1 用途及使用范围

1 Purpose and scope of use

1.1 ZDY-750型煤矿用全液压坑道钻机(以下简称钻机)，主要用于煤矿井下岩石坚固系数f≤8的各种煤层、岩层的瓦斯抽（排）放孔、注浆灭火孔、煤层注水孔、防突卸压孔、地质勘探孔及其他工程孔的钻进施工。用该钻机施工，要求钻场断面大于6.5m2，高度大于2.3m，宽度大于2.8m。

2.1 钻机整体结构及液压系统管路连接，本机主要由泵站、动力头、机架、立柱总成、操纵台、钻具等部分组成。

操纵台由操纵台架、多路换向阀、节流阀（微调）、压力表、胶管等部分组成。其功能是通过操纵多路换向阀实现钻机的各种动作，对钻机实行集中控制。多路换向阀分别控制马达的正、反转，给进油缸带动动力头的正常进退和快速进退。节流阀可调节动力头给进速度。操纵合流阀可将大、小泵的压力油合并至给进油缸，实现动力头快速进退。操作台右边压力表指示动力头回转压力，左边压力表指示动力头进、退压力。
