2, work principle
DXJL1440/18X (A) mine flameproof and intrinsically safe lithium ion battery power is based on the "mine flameproof (Jian Benan) design requirements" safety technology of lithium ion battery power, can provide power supply and emergency power supply for underground coal mine fixed refuge chamber or capsule, can provide power supply and emergency power supply coal mine equipment, power supply is mainly composed of a group of 25.6V60AH lithium iron phosphate battery, charger, German Siemens PLC, current sensor, DC solid state relay composed of lithium iron phosphate battery, power source for the whole system and DC output, PLC real-time monitoring of battery voltage, current and surface temperature, control the battery charge and discharge process, to prevent battery overcharge or over discharge phenomenon. And the real-time monitoring of the charging and discharging current, to prevent the output short circuit or other failure, power supply can access 660VAC, 380VAC, 127VAC and other multi voltage input, power supply from the power supply output power supply and charging the battery, when the output of the power supply: 18VDC, 12VDC, the power supply, the output power of up to 1440Wh, can meet the power supply most of the demand for underground DC power supply.
