One, overview
    LG_FJ10 fan on-line monitoring system is the Chongqing Blue Technology Development Co., Ltd. according to the national standard "industrial fan with standard duct performance test" GB/T1236-2000 and coal industry standard "coal mine main fan site performance parameter measurement method" MT 421-2004 requirements, combined with the actual situation of coal mine safety in production and a new generation of main mine ventilation on-line monitoring system. It uses high performance microcontroller data acquisition and processing unit, with stable, reliable, accurate way to collect data is transmitted to the main control computer, the main control computer to calculate and display to store data, and running state of the fan for continuous online monitoring, and provide scientific basis for fan security, efficient operation.
    The system can automatically monitor running state of the fan, including data monitoring: static pressure, dynamic pressure, air volume, single motor voltage, current, power, efficiency and other parameters, the stator winding of the motor, motor bearing temperature coefficient, motor vibration intensity and other performance parameters, the running state parameters monitoring real time display, a motor current, voltage, power factor and other parameters of the operation curve and fan static pressure, flow, power output, efficiency and other parameters of the operation curve.
